"In between the large quilts that I work on which are so time-consuming, I love to make small and pretty items that works up fairly quickly and fit in the palm of my hands.

Creating such small items means that the seam allowances must be tiny and more attention must be given to the stitches and finishing, but the result in incredibly satidfying.
